This project is a 6,000-SF Equipment Repair Facility with an attached 3,780-SF Office using a STAR pre-engineered steel building system. This facility features radiant floor heating both in the Shop area as well as the Office area.
The STAR building system has a “StarShield” standing seam roof system with a 20-year warranted aluminum/zinc alloy finish. The walls are “StarMark” wall panel system with a Antique White finish and the vertical façade is constructed of Ocean Blue “StarMark” panels. The exterior walls of the Office area are split face concrete masonry units with vinyl-clad casement windows.
