The Cains Pickles project is a 70,000-SF STAR pre-engineered steel building system. This food products warehouse and distribution facility features an interior 12,000-SF cooler to maintain refrigerated products at 40 degrees. The STAR building system has a “StarShield” standing seam roof system with a 20-year warranted aluminum/zinc alloy finish. The walls are “StarMark” wall panel system with a Sahara Tan finish.
The facility was built on a fast-track construction schedule with less than 180 days involved from time of design to the occupancy date.
